Cannot set notifications from frontend

Hello there,

After installing ES 2.0.8, i cannot set notifications from frontend anymore. It seems it's a new feature, but i connot see where i can enable/Disable the feature from backend.

Help please.

Actually this a known issue where as we update the latest version of 2.0.8 we have manually turn on the alert by:
[Backend]
1. Click Alert> Show All>Tick All http://screencast.com/t/IINVuOXytuD8
