When composing articles, we cannot scroll down or up the page.

It seems like this issue only happens on the office template, I will log this issue into our issue tracker.
In the meanwhile, I've helped you set this "Article Dashboard" menu item template style to the Joomla default template, the scroll function should work fine now.
