I am trying to resend the notifications for a blog post because people are not receiving the notification emails. When I click on the envelope icon beside my post it does not generate emails to be sent. The email activities list remains empty. I need your help.
Hey there,

After long checking, we realised that you had set a custom notification to 'Admin' user group in the blog post "WANTED! A computer you do not need..." for an example and the 'Admin' user group belongs to Amy Bollinger only which is the blog author.

The reason that the email notification does not generate is because the email notification detected the custom notification is the blog author only and it will exclude the email notification to the blog author.

Yes, the content manager started to check one of these boxes in order to stop her name from appearing on posts. I did not notice. I appreciate your help very much.
