cannot register new users

dear support, you have been helping me alot already! i thing i am almost done and pretty happy so far!
one more trouble i ran into...

the rgistration of new users doesnt work, i tried with quick registration and everything.
1. the reg-button doesnt do anything after clicking, so the functionality is broken
2. the button shows a wrong german translation that i would weed to change and cannot find.

another thing that is strange ist that i cannot change the background-picture for the Login page, i can choose an image from my computer but it wont upload it, just the one i initially uploaded, but this was for testing purposes, and now i would need to change it to the actual one but it doesnt work anymore.

The quick registration seems to be working fine(http://take.ms/AJRDI).

As for the background image, do you mean that clicking on this button does not remove the image and load back the default image(http://take.ms/F9dX2)?

If that's the case, may I have permission to remove that image and upload some of my own for testing?
