Cannot publish ES modules

Hi,

I would like to publish the ES Group Menu module as well as ES events module at a specific template position. However, after saving the module, the two above modules are not displayed on the site.

Hello AKAP,

I am sorry but may I know which module and where in the template do you wish to put the module to? Can you provide us with backend access and ftp access as well so that we can further inspect and debug your issue.

I am using the iReview3 theme. I would like to publish the module "EasySocial Group Menu" on position 6b and the "EasySocial Events" on position 7b.

Right now, by publishing these modules ... nothing is shown.

Just provided the backend and ftp information.

Hello AKAP,

I am sorry for the late reply.
When I try to connect to your FTP, I got this error:
Response:	530 Login authentication failed

Error:	Critical error

Error:	Could not connect to server

Can you provide us with the correct ftp access so that we can debug this issue on your site? By the way, this module is designed to be displayed in a group page only.

Please be advise.

Hi,

ok, that makes sense. That is why it is not publishing in the locations I want to. It is only designed for groups. Thank you for clarifying.
