Cannot load previous stream items if stream set to 'Everyone'. Only load once or twice.

It seems that there are issues on our end regarding this. I have applied them here .../media/com_easysocial/apps/user/discuss/discuss.php and it should work fine now. This fixes will be included on our next release Easydiscuss users apps.
