Hi,

I am trying to do a clean install of easyblog 5.22 on a new install of joomla latest version.

I have tried to do both the launcher and the full installation and both produce the same error:

Table 'linkuk_joom.d2azk_easyblog_configs' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT `params` FROM `d2azk_easyblog_configs` WHERE `name`='dbversion'

I have tried a couple of times and just can't get past this. Any ideas?

Mel
Hey Mel,

May i know this is fresh installation for Easyblog 5 or update from Easyblog 3.9?

By the way, can you provide us with your Joomla backend, PHPMYADMIN and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

Note : Remember backup all of your data.

Hi Arlex,

this is a completely fresh install of 5.22 on a test site. I just noticed a couple of other people on here have reported the same problem and there was a fix for it which was supposed to be in these later versions. Do you know what the fix is so I can apply it too?

Mel?

Hey Mel,

The only reason that you would hit this error is when the SQL queries initially did not get executed. We need the access to the site to troubleshoot this

By the way, can you also please assign your domain to your license at http://stackideas.com/dashboard ?

Hi both,

sorry for delay responding. It seemed to rectify itself after I fiddled a bit and cleared cache etc.

Thanks

Mel
