Cannot install ES 1.4.5 - Stuck at Extracting component files

Hi,

I cannot install ES 1.4.5 in my site http://hero.jskill.com any more. It is stuck at Extracting component files. Switching to Installation via the Network doesn't work either. There is no "Next" button.

It was caused by Joomla 3.4.7. I updated to 3.4.8 and it works correctly.

Hey Legiang,

It seems like the web server is always returning an "Internal Server Error" in the headers even the request was successful and this is causing the errors with the installation.

Take a look at my screen shot here, http://screencast.com/t/qoLdslkTKg . It seems like accessing any other pages (apart from EasySocial also renders the same headers).
