I just downloaded the Download Launcher. During installation, I received the following error message:
"Sorry, but the system is unable to located any purchases from your account. If you have already purchased and still facing difficulties installing, please contact our tech support."

I would greatly appreciate for you to fix this immediately.

Thank you for starting a thread here. I've checked your license and it appears that everything checks out. Have you checked your API key? We have removed all API key and have requested our users to generate a new ones. Kindly refer to our blog post here.

Let me know if you are facing this issue even when you've generated and used a new set of API key and I'll assist you accordingly.
