Cannot install EasyBlog

Dear sir,
I have purchased EasyBlog Extension yesterday and I do not manage to install it.

I am using Joomla latest version 3.2.1.
When I try to install the extension from the Extension Manager I get the following message:

Error
There was an error uploading this file to the server.

I also tried to upload the extension to the server and install it from there - Still no success.

Please instruct me how to install the extension properly.

I saw that there might be a problem with the upload_max_filesize parameter in php.ini
So I checked what is defined in my server:
I copies these lines from the files:

; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
upload_max_filesize = 350M

and still it does not work,

Hello Shira,

How did you perform the installation via server? You need to extract the zip file for example into this folder ../tmp/eb. Then, you can install via directory by including the path: http://screencast.com/t/k9LMIMCL . If you still face the issue, can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can install it for you? Please advise.
