It used to be simple with the launcher but now the package doesnt want to install:

Sorry, there was some errors when trying to extract the queries.zip file. Please contact our support team.

I have tried all options but never get passed this - i will keep trying as i see it is after hours for you now

thanks
It seems like your license domain is not same as what you trying to install from your current domain site, this is the issue when you trying to upload launcher installer through your other domain site.

If you would like to update your other domain site Easyblog version, you have to download full installer from your dashboard
https://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload through your Joomla installer page.

It should work.

the closest i get now is using the "install from url" method and i am currently on 45% post installation cleanup and it has been on this for 20 mins.

It seems like that was known issue when install in Joomla 2.5 site, can you try download my fix file then apply into your full installer package then upload again.

1. Extract the file
2. replace those file into /setup/controllers/..
3. then re-zip back again
4. Upload through backend installer page.
