You can actually download the full installer from your dashboard here https://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload through your Joomla backend installer page and proceed the installation without add any domain from your license.

Cannot install because there is a gap in the registered domain name and no way to change it

Perhaps you can share with us some of the screenshot which part you referring? Or are you referring you unable to add the registered domain from your license?

Yes I know and Did that. But the installation requires additional files to be downloaded over the internet. Which it will not complete if the domain registered on the website is not aligned to the actual website.

As I said. If you look at my profile and domain it reads honest fit.co . See the gap. My domain is honestfit.co. No gap obviously. But I am unable to remove the gap in my profile. Because I am unable to access it somehow. Seems ridiculous but this is your platform.

So what I need is someone to go into my profile and remove the gap.

I have now spent two days trying to install your platform. And already frustrated. I am close to making the decision to give up and just move to Joomsocial.
