May I know, do you mean you want to import subscriber into blog post subscription? If yes, it is not possible where this feature only can import into site subscription. And I do not see any attached .csv file in this ticket

I'm trying to import into site subscription. It is not allowing me to upload the CSV file as it says it is an unspecified format.

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies.
