I don't see EasyBlog - Post list as your response shows in the select type. I am guessing that I did not select to install this module. How can I have just this module installed? can I copy the module over with my FTP program?

It might be Joomla issues as when you set your module access to "guest", it will hide you on the backend. By reinstalling the component, it will shown you those module again as it will set it access to "public".
