Here you go : 2 attempts with the code - first is the code when I just try "embed video" button using the editor - and the second is the added code for the SlideShare plugin:

I already help you fixed it. Just i tested on your side before i setting something from Plugin manager > Editor-TinyMCE > Basic Option > http://screencast.com/t/jDEMJIP1FRR

You should copy the code example as below :

Then click the Toggle Editor button and paste this code inside. Then it should work fine.
