After importing data from a previous version I am unable to edit the blog data or even publish. For example

1. Even though all blogs are set to published 1 in php my admin I still need to publish in the back end
2. If I then publish them the category gets set to 0 and I cannot edit them
3. If I go in to edit the blog I cannot save anything as it says

Please enter some content for your blog entry

Even though there is content there

Regards
Hey Leon,

I have tested creating a new blog post and editing one on your frontend and backend but I am unable to replicate the issues that you are referring to. Am I missing something? Perhaps you can post some screenshots and videos of your issues so I can understand it better. Keep me posted, thanks.

Hi Raymond

The issue is with editing text after importing data directly to the backend tables. I have begun the process of manually adding all of my old blogs with hit counts etc. Its going to take a lot longer to migrate but its safer.

May i know which existing post having this issue? Because we tested edit one of your existing blog post from backend, it save correctly without hitting any warning error.

By the way, perhaps you can share with us how you import your old blog data into your current live site?
