Hi.
Since upgrading to 1.3, when I try to edit my profile (I am using Facebook login), I get the error message "An active access token must be used to query information about the current user." I am using the JFBConnect plugin in association with EasySocial.
Logging in isn't the issue, that works fine - just the editing of the profile.
I've reset the client token in the FB app, cleared down my browser cache and cookies, but still no luck.
Any ideas?
Dave
Hello Dave,

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have revert back the Facebook apps to the original, and I really hope that your users can have access your site without need to reconnect it back. After a careful look at this apps, I have found out that there are some misconfiguration on your apps. Having "www" infront of your url and without it makes a bigger difference. And you also miss to put the url here: Valid OAuth redirect URIs Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/9BFQziaGefD . I have reconfigure this apps and now it should be working correctly. Can you check and verify this is working correctly?

Please be advise.
Thanks.

Hi Mark.
Have supplied details in the site details section.
I've also granted you admin access to the Facebook App.

Hi.
Yes, I got the message on my phone - have logged into to Facebook and approved the browser, and have also turned off the requirement on my FB account for the security code.

Hello Dave,

I have helped you fix this issue. Actually I re-create the Facebook Apps exactly as the existing apps and the issue is resolved. Can you check this for me is this issue is resolved?

Please be advise.
Thanks.

Hi.
I tried to log on to my account, and received the error below. I went into the back end of Joomla, and ran the JFBConnect autotune as it had picked up numerous errors with the FBApp that had not been configured. I've looked at the app and cannot see why this error is occurring - however now the upshot of this is that nobody can log in using FB

Thanks
Dave

Hello Dave,

Can you provide us the screenshot of the error displayed by the JFBConnect after you have run the autotune? I'm not sure what do you mean by "nobody can log in using FB" because I have tried to login to your site using Facebook and it is working correctly. By the way, in order to be able to login to your site, the existing user need to reconnect their Facebook profile with your site profile. This is simply because of the new Facebook Apps that we have created. If you have anymore question, please don't hesitate to ask us.

Please be advise.
Thanks.

Hi.
There is no longer an error in JFBConnect as I fixed that (sorry, I might not have made that clear).
However, I am now concerned by your comment that users are going to have to reconnect their facebook details. Users won't do that, they will just see that they cannot log in and then leave the site when they receive the error I did. I can't have this - I've spent a lot of money on advertising the site on Facebook, to get the users in I have. So just recreating the app without fixing the original issue isn't really an option. Surely we should be looking at why the user profile isn't editable using the original app?
