Cannot edit groups in admin

get this when i click on a group in the backend:
* Group Description:

I suspect one of the editor is not render correctly from your group description custom field, can you check from your backend > Easysocial > setting > group > layout > Default Editor For Group Descriptions - switch to another editor

If the issue still persists, can you provide us with your Joomla backend specific URL so I can able to access and check on this?

and provide us with your FTP access as well.
