Cannot download purchased package

Hello EasyStack.

Yesterday I purchased the unlimited packages containing EasyBlog, Easy Discuss and Komento. I still cannot download this product from my dashboard and cannot use it. Please can you let me know why I cannot download and when I wlll be able to? Its a matter of urgency as I need to install and configure on 2 websites right now.

Also, could you possibly give me a coupon for the EasySocial Unlimited component. I paid the full price for the other package and see now I would like to add to add EasySocial.

Please could let me know asap what I can do to download the components I have paid for?

Hello Mark,

I already posted here. I have now copied and pasted the same message onto that link that you provided. I am not sure how sales will help as I cannot download the file but hopefully someone will help me out as I need to install this component asap.
