I use my API and have valid license, but cannot update on my site.

This is the message and indicates to contact support.

Unable to verify your license or your hosting provider has blocked outgoing connections.
I have tried doing manual update with component package and full package both do not work. Need this asap, thanks!

I am sorry for the late reply for this. Seems like I cannot access your Joomla's back end as the url redirected to your homepage. Can you please advise?
