Cannot Change Login Background Image

I was able to upload a custom background image for the login screen but I am unable to delete or change it to a different image.

I saw this happening to another user as well. Any thoughts?

Can you provide us your super user backend and ftp access to your site at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can investigate this? Thanks.
