Hi,

how do we assign tasks (under milestones) after the task has been created? There doesn't appear to be an option to do this. In fact the only option is to delete the task. People won't always know who the task is assigned to initially so adding it at the time the task is created isn't practical (unless of course you have someone to assign it to).

This is pretty crucial for us. Is it a setting I need to enable?

Also, is it possible to set the ordering of tasks so they don't change i.e. if accidently set as completed? If you click on a task it automatically moves it to completed (it should warn before doing this?) and then when you re-instate it, it moves to the top of the task list. It really should stay in date order?

Kind regards

Mel
Hi Mel,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding the above, yes we will add this ability in ES 3.1 so that group owner will be able to edit the assignee and due date on task items.

Also, is it possible to set the ordering of tasks so they don't change i.e. if accidently set as completed? Regarding the above, currently the task is ordered by task id and we will change this behaviour in ES 3.1 so that the task items will be ordered by the due date.

Hope this help and have a nice day
