I'm receiving the following message when assigning a plan:

0 Access Usergroup Invalid

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here.
It seems like you provided us that user account do not have Superadmin privileges so I can't access your Payplans configuration page, you can refer at my attached screenshot below.
Also, may i know how you replicate this? Can you elaborate more details regarding this?
