I DO NOT want to upgrade at this time!!!!!! So why can I not access EasySocial from the backend???? Every time I click on EasySocial from the backend, it takes me to the installation page to upgrade and I continue to get the same error (see image). I DON'T WANT TO UPGRADE!!
Hello Edmund,

I've tried to access your FTP but failed. However, this is happen if someone has tried to update Easysocial on your site. To fix this, you can delete easysocial.installation file in your ../tmp folder. This won't update your Easysocial.

Hi Nik,

Sorry for the incorrect access information. I've provided the correct information. Nevertheless, I still cannot find the ../tmp folder that you were talking about (see image).

Thanks,
Edmund
