Good morning,

I use Komento 3.0.13 with Joomla 3.8.3.

I installed Komento Comment. As soon as I enabled the module, I can not access to my articles. The error is :

Cannot access empty property
Please try one of the following pages:
Home Page

I do not understand why it happens. I search on the forum, I did not find a solution.

Can you please help me ? I can give you the access if needed.

Thank you!
Michaël
Hi Michael,

I believe you've install Komento 3.0.12 not 3.0.13(because 3.0.13 is not yet release )
Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

Hi Fadhli,

Thank you for your answer! You are right, 3.0.12, sorry !

I add the access to the back end. I can not add the FTP access at the moment, it's blocked for someone outside our network.

If you want, I can share my screen with you ? Using skype, or TeamViewer..

Thank you.

Hi Michael,

We will try to take a look of the issue first, if I require the ftp I will inform so that we can teamviewer with you.
By the way, seems like the credential given above was not superadmin. Can you give it a superadmin privilege?

Hi Arlex,

Thank you for your feedback.

When you are on the website, please click on "Knowledge Base" and choose 1 article.

But.. it seems that your colleague solved something. The error "Cannot accept empty property" disappeared! Now, I can see the article correctly, without error.

But, at the bottom of the page, I can read "No comments found". How can I add the possibility to write a comment ?

Thank you!

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the cooperation, I've tried to enable the komento comment modules (and set to flexicontent : http://take.ms/UVfO0 ) and access the page and yes, I'm hitting the error 'Cannot access empty property' .And this seems not happened if I select other component.
Perhaps, can you consult this to flexicontent developer?

Hi Fadhli,

Yes, you are right, when it's assigned to FlexiContent, the error is back.

I will see with FlexiContent support and I will let you know.

Thank you.

Hello,

Flexicontent helped. I did not enable the integration with Flexicontent in the Komento Component.

I just enabled it on the Komento Module.

I have a new question, I will create a new topic.

Thank you!

Hey Michaël,

Thanks for getting back to us your issue resolved.

May i know is it possible for you provide us some screenshot regarding that setting where it located so we can improve our documentation as well? Because it would help other who use Komento integration with Flexicontent extension having the same issue like yours.
