Add a cancel button for pages, events and groups

Hi,

when I create a new poll or video I have beside the "submit button" an cancel button (on the buttom). However when I create a page, an event, groups I do not have a cancel button.

Its not that urgent to have a cancel button there as well. However it would be maybe a little bit user friendly to show an cancel button on all easysocial elements and not on two.

I totally understand that. I would bring that only to your attention as that was reported by our users as "bug" because it wasn´t acting like all the other buttons and they where searching for the "cancel" button.
