Can you link to a specific stream entry?

Is there a way to get the link to a specific stream entry on the community front page? I see you can "Social Share" and send a link by email (I'm guessing)... Is there a way to know what that URL is? (So as web manager I'm trying to create a couple of hyperlinks to specific stream entries).

Or is this totally impossible?!

Do you mean that you would like to show single stream entry page?

If yes, you can get the hyper-link from the stream time. Check my screenshot below.
