We are wondering if there is a way in EasyBlog to set it so that the Apply button applies our changes but does not actually change the status to published.

We would like to work on our blog post and apply changes before the blog is completed and then publish only when we are finished. It seems that the button to "Update Post" should be the one that publishes the blog post.

Hey Sean,

If there is an error with the "Save as draft", start a new thread here on our forums If it's a problem, we should be fixing it and not avoiding it

You need to click on the "Save for later" as this will actually save the blog post as a draft.

Thanks Mark,
Unfortunately sometimes the Save for Later button does not seem to work for us all the time. We have two things that happen:

1) Sometimes it is as if the javascript is not working and there is no message at the top of the page to let us know the draft has been saved.
2) Although maybe we are just being fooled by the message that appears at the top that says "Draft saved at 10:58 AM". this is because it often states a time that is past when we click on it. So, then we are not sure it worked.

Anyhow, we will keep our eye on it.
