Hi,

Can vistors "subscribe" to a blog if "user registration" is disabled in joomla?
And the converse, if visitors "subscribe" to a blog, will they show up as joomla registered users?

I am sorry for the late reply.
Yes, user can subscribe to blog even the Joomla registration is disable and they will not show up as registered user.
