Can't use forgot password both on dev (1.3.6) and prod (1.3.2)

Hi there, hope you can help me. Forgot password and forgot username is not functioning both on prod and in dev.

I tried forgot password password, then I just get redirected to homepage on the prod. (dev just stays on the same page)
