Hi !
I bought a licence en 2015 and the subscription is now over. I understand I can download upgrade anymore but why can't I configured the component anymore ? When I go in Component -> Easy Social (for any subitem), I'm automatically redirected to the wizard to update the component. Of course the operation failed since my subscription is over. Thank you !
It's most likely that someone actually hit the "Update" button to try to update EasySocial to the latest version. To fix this, delete the file /tmp/easysocial.installation

By the way, is there any reasons for not renewing your subscriptions?

Thank you for the hint. It now work.
To answer you question, I took the registration to test be able to test the component and see if it suits our needs. We are a not profit organisation whit small budget.
