Can't upload avatar image

Hi guys,
I've a strange problem because only some users (not all) can't upload their avatar image.
Or better the system says the upload it's ok, but they can't see avatar image...
Every user with this problem is in the same group with other users who don't have the problem, so I think it's not a problem of settings...

There could be a possibility that they were trying to upload a huge picture and it failed. Perhaps if you could get their access so that I can try this out?

to upload picture you can go to components-> easy social-> users-> profile-> Appearance
