Disable "Allow viewing Of Original Photo"

That strange, basically this setting shouldn't involved for the upload photo process.

May i know is it possible for you update your site backend and FTP access at your first post so I can better have a check why enable this setting 'Allow viewing Of Original Photo' then that upload photo work?
