Hi,
I have been using Easyblog for some years and think it is great but have not bought a new update until now. Today I bought a license to upgrade from Easyblog 3 to EasyBlog 5, but I can't get the installation to work. I first tried the network installation but nothing happened (didn't get to the next page, gut stuck on "loading"), I then tried the way of uploading the file manually and installing from directory but in this case it gets stuck at 0% when extracting component files. I don't know what I'm doing wrong or if it is an issue with the Internet (I live in Uganda where Internet is not so fast...). Is there some other way I can make the upgrade?
Thank you in advance.
Anna

I've help you upgrade your Easyblog 3.x to Easyblog 5, everything seems work fine.

Can you give it a check is it everything is work fine?

You can refer on this documentation -> http://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/upgrades/upgrade-easyblog-3-9-to-easyblog-5
