Keeps saying my key is incorrect even though I got it from my account area. I need to run the newest version because none of my links to support and community work anymore.
Hello Sherry,

Upgrading from EasyBlog 3.8.x or older to 3.9.x requires a full uninstall / installation. The reason is because there are some core files which were modified in this release and running the updater would actually break things.

Rest assured that your data would not get erased when you perform an uninstall. Theme files and other core files would however get erased, so if you have made any modifications, it's best to make a backup of the modifications first.

Is there a way for you to check to see if we have any theme files? I guess I am not sure what you mean by this.

First of all Mark, your reply is kind of rude and I don't appreciate the sarcasm. Second of all, you did all of our customization for us - we did not do it ourselves so I do not know what you did and what you didn't do. Please see the other reply to an older post I just sent you. Thanks.

Hello Sherry,

Oh dear, I am really sorry but I really didn't meant any sarcasm in my earlier posts. All I am just saying is that it is quite impossible for me to remember what I have modified because I am dealing with 100s of different tickets on a daily basis and I just cannot keep track of all the changes I made for anyone
