Can't update update to Easyblog 5.0.44

Hello,
At my local develop environment robkivit--natuurfotografie.nl:8888 is not possible anymore to update easyblog 5.0.44 after installing latest installer. My live website robkivit-natuurfotografie.nl gives no problems after installing the Easyblog installer and updated as normal to easyblog 5.0.44.

The installer in my local develop environment gives the next error message:

Why isn't possible anymore ?
Hi Rob,
This is because your dev site is not your licensed domain. To install EasyBlog on a non-licensed domain, you would have to download the full installer from your dashboard and install it.
