It might be your site are not installed with our API yet. It is required for you to use Launcher installer that you can get from here https://stackideas.com/dashboard and manually install them on your site using Joomla installer.

Please give it a try and see how it goes. If issues still persisted, do provide us with your backend and FTP access so that we can further check this issues.

My web is working now with Easy Social 3.2.1

When I bought Easy Social and installed it by first time , I did in my developer web (sebastia.lambdainformatica.es:5080)
This is the domain i see in my dashboard

Is possible this is the reason why i can´t update now in my production web (http://www.sebastia-abogados.com) ??

Currently, we do have some checking for our updater and it will required valid domain and that domain need to be same with the one you registered on your dashboard. To update(using single click updater/your dashboard/Joomla updater) you will need to have same domain with the one your registered.

We will update them for you if that are the correct domains. To update them on your development site(after changing those domain) you will need to manually install them as mentioned on previous reply. Do update us if you want us to change them.

If I can´t use in this two domains, I want my production domain
