Hi George,
I could not access your backend. It shows 404 error. Can you provide us your backend url so we can access your backend and help you out with the issues? Thanks.

Hi George,
I have helped you update your EasyBlog. For social buttons, you need to enable them in the Settings>Layout>Post Options>Show Media Buttons (for social buttons in individual posts)
It seems your frontend cannot be accessed all of a sudden. We need access to your frontend so we can troubleshoot the Nickel theme issue. Please advice.

Hi Raymond, sorry we had problems with .htaccess file! Now everything are ok. Keep in mind that our client has a marketing campaign, because of this could you please you to inform me if you will make a changes to front-end of the website, talk about easyblog! Thank you in advise. Our goal is a vision of blog like this one - http://swipesapp.com/blog/ . I saw that Nickel's theme is the one that covers almost all of that vision, with some changes of course.

We have a problem with saving a posts and changing them! Appear a message box with symbols!

Waiting to your response!

Best Regards,
George!

Hey George,
You can only switch between small and large buttons in Social Integrations>General>Button Size.

It is not possible to change how social icons look in the backend. This is because we render these images by using API to obtain the scripts from these social media sites(eg FB, Twitter). This means that these images are generated by these sites and not by us.

As for the hiding introtext, I will pass this to our developers to check. We will get back to you on the results.

Hey George,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I have two more questions about listing - Can we change social icons and how can we remove introducing text in listing. We want in listing user see only one picture and title of the article.

Regarding with your request, currently we do not have setting to turn off all the blog content from the post listing page, what my suggestion is update all of your existing post inside the content image move to post cover area for example this post "Brief History of Bee Smart Tech".

Once you have done that, I will provide a quick hack to remove all the introtext from the blog listing page, then it will only show the post cover and the title on your listing page, may i know is it okay for you regarding this ideas?

Hey George,
I did some configuration and this the result we got so far(http://take.ms/JH8Ni).
We may not have the exact replication of that site but at least we are close to it.
I have helped you configure the post cover image size to be consistent in the listing page. This is the setting that I configured in the backend under post cover layout(http://take.ms/D1Aso).

Additionally, I have perform template override here(JoomlaFolder/templates/jsn_venture_pro/html/com_easyblog/blogs/latest/default.main.php)
I also did some custom css here(JoomlaFolder/templates/jsn_venture_pro/html/com_easyblog/styles/custom.css)

Do take note your site.com/bg/блог page does not look consistent because the first post does not have a cover image. Each post needs a cover image in order for the listing layout to look uniform.

Hi Raymond,

thank you so much for your help. You changed default.main.php and custom.css if we want to update easyblog then the changed files will be override with new one and changes that you made will be lost, right? I made some changes in browser by google inspect button and made theme like we want. I upload them bellow for example. Please help me to find these files and make a changes to look like on picture with name Theme.jpg.

Waiting for your response!

Best Regards,
George Georgiev!

Hi George,
I already helped you apply those custom css codes in the custom.css file. In the future you can just add custom css codes there.

To answer your first question, the changes I made in the default.main.php and custom.css files are update protected. Template override and custom css files are protected by future updates. That's why these files will not be override when you update EasyBlog. Hope this helps.
