Hi there, Up until now I have loved your program. I am very frustrated with some changes you have made. Since you no longer allow API updates for any domains, other than the one that is registered, I cannot update the EasyBlog on any other website. I have tried the Full Download and I get it uploaded, but the big green install button never shows up, so I try the launcher, and it won't see the full package and it goes to the license and then it tells me I cannot install. I have tried to uninstall the program before reinstalling the new one and that doesn't work as well. You keep making new updates with this BIG WARNING MESSAGE that is freaking out my client. Every time I transfer the site and get it updated there is a new update. I can't take this anymore! Please help me update with the full package, or help me fix this problem. I send so much business your way that I do not want to have to find a new program, but this is getting ridiculous. Thank you for your help in advance.
Hey Elizabeth,
We apologize for any misunderstanding. We are not referring to the PHP version, but rather the PHP information on the server. You can check this in Joomla's System Information page under PHP Information(http://take.ms/YOBFZ).
You just need to change the value of these two elements and then we can try the full installer again.

It seems like you provided your Joomla backend and FTP access no longer work, can you update the correct login credentials for your Joomla backend and FTP details at your first post?

By the way, I've checked on your license, it seems like your Easyblog license is assign to this domain site (bestnetworkmarketing-xxx), by right it should able to allow you update via launcher installer.

I will check on this once you have provide us with your correct login credentials.

The problem is not on that one. It is on another website which is not on the licence. You stated to upload the upadate for ones that are not on the license, to use the full package. I can't get it to work on any website other than bestnetworkmarketingwebsites.net/blog. This is frustrating. I am following the documentation. As I stated in the post earlier, this is not regarding the one on the license.

Perhaps you can include your another site Joomla backend and FTP access at your first post, so I can try upload full installer through your Joomla backend installer page and see is it can find out any installation issue?

I've checked in your site, it seems like those PHP value not set to higher so causing this issue.

Can you request with your webhosting provider to help you increase these following PHP value on your PHP server?

post_max_size = 60M
max_execution_time = 300

It says for the update that 5.3.10 + is recommended. I am running a higher version of 5.6.35, so I don't under stand why the PHP version would be the issue. I am running a higher version that what is required.
