Can't update an App

Today I found in my Dashboard that I have one app to update:

But when I tried to see the app and update can't find any app:

How I can update or know the app?
It seems like that is the issue when that is template app update, I will log this issue into our codebase.

Yesterday we updated Echo template, for now you have to manually download the installer from https://stackideas.com/apps/item/3375-echo-template then upload through your Joomla backend.

Note : Make sure you have backup your customisation file before you update.

Yes I saw there is a new update of Echo right now.
Actually updated the template and found some problems... but this is other thing and I commented is another post opened about this.
