Dear supporter,

I'm trying to update the EasyBlog component (Installed version: 3.8.14406, Latest available version: 3.9.15218) but keep getting an error:

Starting upgrade process ...
Downloading patch files ...
Updating Foundry Framework
Error Please enter the correct API key. You may generate it from http://stackideas.com/account/my-account.html ...
View Logs

I logged on to this site and copy/pasted my API key ("API key saved succesfully" according to Joomla) but still get the error. I've tried it on different times during last week...

Please help me out!

Regards
Hello Erik,

Sorry for late reply to this,
It is important to take note that upgrading from major releases from versions 3.8.x or lower to 3.9.x, requires a manual upgrade via the Extension Manager. It is not possible to do this via the Updater. Please be rest assured that the normal upgrade process will not erase your blog posts or settings. Hope this help.

*Notice : Remember backup your customization file before update your latest version of Easyblog.
