Can't subscribe to site (EasyDiscuss)

One of our user has can't subscribe to the site in EasyDiscuss. When she clicks on the "site subscription" graphic, she gets a popup that says "You have already subscribed to discussions on the site. You may change the notification interval below:" When she clicks "subscribe" in that popup box, she gets "Your subscription is added successfully. Click here to review your email digest setting." However, the site subscriptions line always says "Site subscription is not active." The same thing happens if she clicks "subscribe via email" in the upper right.

I have logged on as this user on my PC and seen this behavior, even though it doesn't happen with my login using the same PC and the same web browser.

It seem that we are unable to replicate this issues at our local. I have tried to subscribe "and it works fine as shown http://prntscr.com/c1t3ye. May i know which user faced this kind of issues and give his/her credentials for us to further check on this issues?

Can you point us where exactly "site subscription" you stated above?

Thanks for your help. I have added my administrative username and password, as well as the user's login name, to the fields in this ticket that only StackIdeas staff can see; I think you'll be able to set her password and log in as her. When I said "site subscription" graphic in my original post, I meant the one on the "my subscriptions" page, the graphic beside the text "Site subscription is not active" or "Site subscription is active."

Hi there,

We have tried to replicate this issues based on provided user. It seems that we cant replicate this issues . We cant find the caused of this issues. Maybe this will happens occasionally because of unexpected problems. I am sorry for any inconvenience
