Yep same here in Chrome only works fine on all other browsers but in Chrome you can fill in the name to send the message but the text box is blank and you cannot add test.

Clicking into the address bar and pressing crtl+ F5 will fix it.

I've recheck again, it seems I can replicate this issue now and I logged into issue tracker.

Can you try download my attached files then replace this file into this following file location on your site and see how it goes?

JoomlaFolder/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/conversations/compose/default.php

Remember clear your following thing before you test this :

1. turn off those compression CSS functionality temporary if you have install JCH optimize plugin or template compression feature.

2. Disable cache on the site

3. Clear browser cache

Hm, from what I see your first post and your new ticket attachment., both is totally different issue.
