Can't see Mini-Registration on Frosty Theme?

I'm trying to get the quick registration form show up alongside the login box. I use the Frosty theme so I'm going to:

THEMES > FROSTY > DASHBOARD > DISPLAY MINI REG set to YES

But I'm not seeing it (URL provided in site details) and just getting the register button.

Is this a bug or am I looking in the wrong place to activate this?
Hello Andy,

Can you please check if those fields are configured to be displayed in the mini registration area? You can check by editing the profile type > custom fields and click on any of the fields on the form.
