Hi, I wonder if you could try posting a Status Update on our site? I enter the text, click on the "share" button, and it does nothing. Maybe a JavaScript conflict? I have 2 other issues on the screencapture as well, but I'll post those in separate support requests.
Well, I kept my hands off too, so it'd be the same on this end as yours. OK weird. Problem solved. Thanks, and sorry to waste your time, at the same time.

Hello John,

Hm, I have just tested on the site and it does seem to work fine. I posted a status and it appears on the stream as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/bdaN9DON .

As for the lengthy blog content on the stream, I have applied some truncation on the blog post's content and it shouldn't display the large block of codes now.

Hi Mark,

Thank you for the prompt response! I tried this again, using both Firefox and Safari (on a Mac), after clearing my cache, and the same problem persists. Unsure why, but 1) I enter content in the status update, and it fails to save/post; and additionally, I can't post a comment to your post on Stack Ideas (on CMS Connection). 2) None of my notifications work either. When I click on any of them, it fails to launch, and shows a "unable to load tooltip content" in a message alert. 3) When I click on "Add as connection" (friend), to try to add you as a friend, nothing launches/happens either. I also tested it using another test user - "johntest" - with the same results.

Want me to take a screencast (video) of it?

Hello John,

Hm, are you using any specific account to post the update? Can you try using the same account that you have provided us with?

Interesting... Now it's working. Did you change anything? I also noticed your font / icon is now working (it wasn't before).

Thanks for updating John, glad that your issues are resolved now. I guess it's probaly because of the caching maybe

Yeah, it's intermittently happening here... maybe I'll turn off site's caching all together, see if that helps.
