Hello
I have the problem that I can't make FB like and LinkedIn appear after my articles. It works with Twitter and G+, but not with FB and LinkedIn. Which ID of FB do I need to enter and where can I find it. I have tried different options (opening my personal profile image and getting the ID there e.g.) but they all don't seem to work. The ID of the FB application is the one I created for automatic posting I suppose (there the link works).
Your help as to what needs to be entered exactly to make this work is much appreciated.
Best regards
Gabriella
Hi again Ezrul
I think I found the solution. I have tracking protection turned on and after turning it off for my site, it worked :-)
I found the solution here:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/facebook-linkedin-buttons-do-not-appear-in-firefox
and here:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/tracking-protection-pbm#w_turn-off-tracking-protection-for-individual-sites
Best regards
Gabriella

Hi Gabriella,

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly?

Hi Gabrielle,

I just tried to view your blog entry and it seems like all of the social share button are appearing correctly as you can see from my screenshot here, http://screencast.com/t/Q7oPvG8y8F . Am I missing something here?

Hi Ezrul
What browser do you use? I am using Firefox where it does not appear. See screenshot in attachment.

Hi Gabrielle,

My previous screenshot was from Chrome browser. I've tried to view in Mozilla and the button is appearing correctly as well. Refer my screenshot here, http://screencast.com/t/lOzuuIAK7d .

Hi Ezrul
So why can't I see it? I tried on another (old) PC that still has Windows XP on it where it also showed. But on the laptop I am working with (Windows 7) it does not appear. Why is that? And if it does not appear it means it will very likely also not appear on some other users' computers as mine is nothing special :-)
Any suggestions?
Best regards
Gabriella
