Hi there,
I have a problem with installing languages in ES.
It just says "retrieving list of languages" and the site refreshes again and again, but nothing happens.
I think I was asked to enter the API key when trying to load languages the first time.
I also couldn't install ES over the network (which also needed the API key). Might be related.

Any ideas/recommendations on how to solve this?
Is there another way to install another language (I'm looking for German)?

Thank you!

P.S.: I've been busy installing and configuration ES and haven't actually used it yet, but I just have to say: It's awesome! I was using Community Builder before, which was a huge pain. I'm so glad I migrated to ES, even though there are two things I need (exporting users in csv-format and acy-mailing integration) will only be in the next release.
Hello Susanne,

I have checked your site and it seems like your hosting provider is preventing outgoing connections as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/VYXS8AOL9 . This is actually causing issues because in order for your site to be able to retrieve the manifest data, it needs to make an outgoing connection. You will need to paste this screen shot to your hosting provider and request them to lift the restrictions.

Hey Mark,

thanks for the fast answer despite the late hour!!
I've contacted my hosting provider and hope they resolve this soon!
Unfortunately, they are nowhere near as fast as you!

Thanks for updating Susanne, I hope they would be able to lift such restrictions. I dislike hosting providers that restricts outgoing access because you are like jailed in their farm

Problem solved!
The hosting provider sorted it out, something with clearing the link with the firewall...
Which means I'll have to issue a support ticket for every single outgoing link. But I'm glad it worked at all.

Thanks for finding the issue!
Your support is really outstanding!
