I don't think that's right. Clicking 'install' from the Joomsef manage extensions page just sends me back to the Joomla manage extensions page. I have supplied my admin logins as well if you would prefer to install it. I am using Joomsef 4.

I've since been advised that this might be caused by your plugin not being compatible with Joomla 3 or with JoomSEF 4 (most recent version). Could you please upgrade the plugin or point me in the way of paid services so that I can get this done.

I actually downloaded the plugin from your own plugin pack on stackideas.com, not from artio directly. If your software (being the most major player in blogs for Joomla) doesn't work with Joomsef (the most major player in SEF for Joomla) I think you should make this much clearer before payment. You should also remove the plugin from your downloads area. Can you please advise if you guys can upgrade the plugin so that it will work or what you would suggest from this point. I've just spent most of my day setting up the blog but can't use it if it won't work with Joomsef.

I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. Seems like the plugin in our downloads area was for the older EasyBlog 3.9.x
Can you download the attached zip file and install it?
