I installed alpha1 on a WIP site without problems, I use a roksprocket module that was not yet compatible with easyblog5 so I uninstalled, tried to install 3.9 again and can't...

Dropped all easyblog tables, and triing to install beta1 (as it's a WIP, I prefer test users to start working with new editor) but I get same 500 error.
Hi Josep M Giribet,

Sorry for late reply to this,

Actually we are not encourage user install in their live site, because Easyblog 5 still under the beta version.

By the way, can you submit this issues in our Easyblog issues ticket http://stackideas.com/issues/easyblog and provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on there?

I believe I am having the same or a very similar problem. The installer hangs at the Post Installation Cleanup step.

I removed my previous alpha version including all modules.

Now I was hoping to install the beta on this test site.
