Can't import xml file

As per the EasyBlog instructions, I imported a Blogger xml file to: /public_html/components/com_easyblog/xmlfiles/blogger/blog-05-11-2014.xml

The file does not show in the drop down list for me to migrate. The file was exported from https://www.blogger.com
